Joining Process

Overview

After you choose a Niveshartha research service, you must complete KYC and the service agreement before recommendations begin. This video shows how to finish the service agreement digitally.

Step-by-step (spoken + on-screen)

1. Open your agreement email. On screen: an inbox with a message from Niveshartha. Narration: check the email address you shared at signup for the service agreement link.
2. Open the secure agreement link. On screen: browser opens the client consent / e-sign page. Narration: use the link in the email; do not share OTPs or login details with anyone.
3. Confirm your details. On screen: form fields for full name, email, phone number, date of birth, and PAN. Narration: verify each field matches your KYC information before continuing.
4. Review terms. On screen: scrollable terms and conditions / Most Important Terms and Conditions. Narration: read the research-service terms; the research analyst cannot place trades on your behalf.
5. Accept and proceed to e-sign. On screen: checkbox to accept Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and disclosures, then a continue / submit control. Narration: tick the consent box only if you agree, then continue to the Digio (or equivalent) e-sign flow.
6. Authenticate and sign. On screen: OTP or Aadhaar-based verification screens, then a signature / confirmation step. Narration: enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile, complete signing, and wait for the success confirmation.
7. Confirmation. On screen: success message that the agreement is completed. Narration: you will receive a copy by email; service delivery continues via the Niveshartha app and email once onboarding is complete.
